Liaison College was founded in 1996 by Susanne Mikler and Rudy Florio. It is a private professional college focused solely and exclusively on professional training in the culinary arts. Liaison College has more than 10 years of experience in teaching classic French methods of food preparation and cooking techniques. Current Chef Owner Michael Elliot at Liaison College Toronto campus was ranked Number 3 on the list of the Top 100 Instructors.

Life Off-Campus

Life within and around the different campuses are very diverse according to the location of each one. Due to its wide academic offer, the cities have extracurricular activities of all kinds. Brampton Arts Council is in charge of the artistic aspect, it has several institutions from museums to theaters with a varied offer. 

In Brampton, where the main campus is located, the many sports venues and activities in the sector include the outdoor ice rink for skating through Gage Park. Chinguacousy Park includes a ski lift, curling club, and tennis center for multi-season activities. In the summer, amateur softball leagues abound. For Easter they host a women’s hockey tournament.
