Our service objective is to accompany our client’s academic and immigration application processes to get into the institution they wish to enroll in, obtain their study permit to temporarily live in Canada, and plan their path towards permanent residence.

The following page details the terms and conditions of the services that Studyvantage offers its clients and the responsibilities both must comply with to assure a satisfying result of the service.

Company's Responsiblities

Studyvantage is a mediator in a study process by the following:

  • The communication between the student and the Canadian Institution for the acceptance process.
  • The communication between the student and the immigration specialist for services processed by the immigration consultancy.

Studyvantage can NOT guarantee the following:

  • The acceptance of the student to the Canadian institution of interest.
  • The acceptance from the Canadian government for the issuing or approval of their services.

Studyvantage is not responsible for any: 

  • Inconvenience caused by the payment, cancellation and refund policies of each Canadian institution.
  • Penalization of a Canadian Institution to a student due to their behaviour or lack of payments.
  • Third party’s service issues or complaints.

  • It’s the student’s responsibility to maintain a proper attitude and behaviour during the process and study program.
  • It’s the student’s or sponsor’s responsibility to comply with the payment due dates to avoid any inconvenience this may cause.
  • It’s the student’s responsibility to provide all documentation requested by any Canadian institutions and the immigration crew.

Non-refundable fees:

  • The student/sponsor must understand that there are some non-refundable fees, and Studyvantage will inform them at the beginning of the assessment period.
